- Graduation dates and times are published on the calendar.
- Parking on campus will be severely limited and will be directed by campus security and the GRPD.
- Graduates must arrive at the MS Gym by 5:00 pm in order to prepare for the ceremony. High School Graduates must bring their cap and gown with them to the gym.
- Guests can begin arriving on campus at 5:15 pm.
- Guests who will be seated on the field will not be admitted onto the field earlier than 5:15 pm.
- All field seating guests must surrender their ticket upon entry.
- If graduation is postponed (in the event of an emergency or inclement weather) a call will be issued to all families no later than 4:00 pm on the scheduled graduation day. In that event, graduation will be moved to the following day at 6:00 pm.
- Each graduate is provided two (2) guest field tickets. All graduates will receive their two (2) guest field seating tickets on the last day of graduation rehearsal.
- These tickets are only for two guests who will be seated on the field.
- No graduate will be given more than two (2) field tickets.
- The graduates' two (2) field guests will need to present their ticket prior to entering the field seating area
- All other guests do not need a ticket and will be seated in the bleachers or may stand along the perimeter of the field.
- If a graduate has a non-field ticket guest who will be in need of handicap area seating, two staff members will be available to assist seat them and assist guests with mobility issues.
- Graduates should not wear spiked heals or high heels - these heels can harm the turf field.
- Caps and gowns will be issued to all high school graduates prior to the scheduled graduation. Middle School students do not wear a cap or gown. Grade 8 graduates are expected to dress appropriately.
- High School graduation caps may be decorated - please remind your child to keep it appropriate. Inappropriate caps will be replaced with a plain cap.
- High School graduates may be issued relevant honor chords and stoles.
- High School graduates are encouraged to dress appropriately under the gown. There is no strict dress code.
