College & Post Secondary Planning
The School Counseling Staff works with students to identify the paths and directions that they wish to follow after high school for post secondary planning. The counselors assist students with post secondary plans that best meet each student's needs and goals.

Our dedicated counselors meet individually with students throughout the year and advise them on a range of academic matters and extracurricular involvement. They also coordinate a series of grade-level educational programs for families.
